We’re currently accepting registrations for Customer Experience Specialists. In this role, you’ll support nationally recognized companies with customer service needs such as customer service, tech support, reservations, account updates, and service requests. Multiple opportunities are available, training is provided, and scheduling is flexible.

Step 3 — Select Your Opportunity

On the service-partner portal, choose the client program that fits your schedule and interests.

Step 4 — Prepare for Success

Use our Resources & Tools for tech setup, training readiness, and equipment guidelines.

Step 5 — Join the Couch Collective

Get ongoing support, tips, and accountability from our community.

Location: Remote (USA only, select states)

Experience: Entry-level to intermediate (training provided)
